sourdough baguettes

the sourdough culture, having been killed twice by negligence, is back and vigorous. salt, water, yeast = baguette.

How did your culture die? Was it out of refrigeration?

I just revived my wild-caught SF strain after nearly nine months. Making bread tonight :).

it died from neglect. possibly refrigeration accelerated the process. how did the bread go?
